Introduction:We’re looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to grow and optimise our portfolio of local hotel chain partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and brings a creative, solutions-focused mindset to driving results.
In this Role, you’ll get to:- Own and grow a portfolio of local chain partners, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted commercial partner
- Develop and execute innovative, tailored plans to improve partner performance and engagement
- Monitor results, optimise continuously, and take proactive action to maximise productivity
- Negotiate commercially strong agreements and deliver win-win outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and campaigns
- Represent Trip.com in market, sharing insights on industry trends and competitive dynamics
- Solve challenges quickly and creatively, maintaining high partner satisfaction
What you'll Need to Succeed:- 5+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or revenue management (hospitality/travel ideal but not limited to)
- Proven ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and deliver results
- A creative, problem-solving mindset with a bias for action
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of driving growth
- Confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable turning data into clear actions
- A partner-first approach and commitment to delivering value
