We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Lisbon team!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about 🏨 hospitality, ⚙️ operations, and 🌟 customer experience to grow within a fast-paced, international, and high-growth company.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🤝 Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with guests
🧹 Support daily operations across departments including Maintenance and Housekeeping
📅 Manage reservations, guest communication, and day-to-day operational tasks
💻 Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate information effectively
⭐ Ensure smooth processes and consistently high service standards
🛠️ Solve problems quickly while delivering exceptional guest experiences
🔍 What We’re Looking For
🗣️ Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
📍 Based in Lisbon with flexibility to work shifts and weekends (on-site role)
🏨 Experience in hospitality, tourism, reception, or customer-facing operations
🧠 Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
💛 Guest-centric approach with excellent communication skills
📋 Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
