🔧 Visit properties to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
🏠 Perform general repairs and upkeep across our accommodation portfolio
✅ Ensure all maintenance work is completed to a high standard
🔍 Identify issues proactively and maintain property quality

🧰 Proven experience and strong technical knowledge in repairs/maintenance
📋 Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility

🚗 Own transportation required
📄 Must be registered as self-employed / auto-entrepreneur and able to issue monthly invoices
