About the role
This is a pivotal, end-to-end recruitment role responsible for delivering a professional, strategic and high-quality recruitment service across clinical and non-clinical portfolios, including General and Urgent Care medical practitioners, clinicians from other professional groups and support services.
You will partner closely with Area Managers and clinical leaders and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs, develop talent pipeline and implement innovative, multi-channel attraction strategies locally and internationally.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture Operations, this role requires someone who thrives in complexity, builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and confidently manages competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and compliance standards.
