In this role, you will generally support our team by performing data analysis and data
management, handling production documentation and reporting, as well as participating in
studies (if your institution requires a project during your internship, please inform us). The
responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Supporting shutdown or turnaround preparations, executions, and closure.
2. During turnaround, to support production team in documentation and tracking PermitTo-Work (PTW) system or Emergency-Work-Request (EWR) in daily basis.
3. Supporting data and record management for Operating Procedures (OP) and
familiarizing yourself with the myGovernance system.
4. Assisting in record management and performance reporting for Procedure Used
Discipline (PUD)
5. Supporting the checking, comparison, and updating of PCLDPE COPSOL alarm
records in Excel with the DCS system.
6. Assisting in managing and updating alarm change forms for both permanent and
temporary modifications.
We will ensure that your tasks as a trainee align with your academic background and
institutional requirements. Your workload will be monitored and guided by an appointed
Internship Supervisor to ensure a balanced and productive experience.
In addition to technical contributions, we aim to involve the trainee in organizing periodic
departmental engagement activities such as town halls, training sessions, and department
meetings. Upon joining, the trainee will also be required to undergo HR and HSE induction,
as well as departmental familiarization and introduction.
