As part of our growth, Free2move Tunisia is looking for a Bilingual Training Project Manager to strengthen its training team.
Instructional Design: Design and deliver end-to-end hybrid learning programs (e-learning and live sessions), from needs analysis to learner assessment.
Standardization (ISO 9001): Ensure training materials and knowledge bases comply with established templates and quality standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex processes into clear and engaging training content, while supporting overall team project delivery.
Onboarding: Create and maintain onboarding journeys for new employees and trainers.
Asset Management: Configure tags, categorize content, and manage learning resource libraries.
Automation, Monitoring & Reporting: Automate and track completion rates, analyze performance KPIs, and produce detailed monthly reports.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide second-level technical support regarding access issues and content publication formats.
Generative AI: Leverage AI tools for content writing, visual creation (images/videos), and module storytelling.
Technology Watch: Explore new solutions to automate repetitive tasks and enhance training interactivity.
Minimum 3 years of experience in training project management (instructional design and LMS management).
French: Fluent (C1/C2) – ability to write complex processes.
English: Fluent (C1/C2) – essential for international coordination and tools.
Additional languages are a plus.
Instructional Design & Multimedia Production:
Strong command of authoring tools for interactive and responsive e-learning modules (multi-device, branching scenarios, variables). Advanced skills in graphic design (layout, visual identity) and audio/video post-production (editing, mixing).
LMS/LXP Administration:
Expertise in LMS back-office management, reporting, and interoperability standards.
Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization skills (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
Prompt Engineering & AI:
Ability to leverage generative AI to accelerate script writing and multimedia content production.
Assertiveness & Influential Leadership: Ability to proactively contribute ideas and influence stakeholders in complex environments.
Analytical Mindset: Strong rigor in reporting and managing cross-functional projects.
Problem-Solving: Agility in addressing technical challenges and finding effective workarounds.
Pedagogy & Empathy: Ability to mentor and support local teams with a collaborative and supportive approach.
