Radiology Administrative Assistant
Hours: 25 per week

The successful candidate will ideally have had administrative experience in Radiology and bring a positive attitude to our day-unit, helping to organise scans and build referrals for our partners. The role is Monday to Friday 9-5, but other hours and days may be considered depending on circumstances and business needs.
You will be part of a close-knit, innovative Radiology team delivering an exceptional diagnostic imaging service. At the heart of patient care, you’ll build relationships with all the hospital’s key departments, and our consultants across many specialisms. Whilst providing exceptional customer service, you’ll also track, process and manage patient records, perform audits and assist in booking in patients. You will also liaise closely with our consultants, private patient teams, outpatient team members and more; but at its heart, this role is about playing a key role in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of our patients.
What you’ll bring with you:
Experience in administration and customer service
A good understanding of administration processes and procedures
Excellent computer skills
Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
Good attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
Flexible and positive attitude
