You’ll play a key role in helping travellers navigate what can otherwise be a complex process.
From the moment a claim is submitted, you’ll work to ensure that each case is handled efficiently and correctly - whether that means reviewing documentation, communicating with customers, or preparing cases for the next legal step.
Your work contributes directly to making sure that travellers are treated fairly and that their rights are upheld in practice.
In your day-to-day work, you will:
You enjoy helping people and take pride in delivering a good customer experience. At the same time, you’re comfortable working in a structured and administrative role, where attention to detail and consistency are key.
We’re looking for someone who can balance both: being supportive and clear towards customers, while also ensuring that each case is handled correctly behind the scenes.
Fluency in Norwegian is essential for this role, as you will be working with Norwegian customers and cases on a daily basis. Speaking another Nordic language, such as Swedish, Danish or Finnish, is a plus, but not a requirement.
We imagine that you:
At Flyhjælp, we work with a clear purpose: giving people access to justice.
Air passenger rights exist to protect travellers - but in reality, many never claim what they’re entitled to. The process can feel complex, time consuming, and difficult to navigate. We bridge that gap by making it swift, easy and transparent.
Each case represents a real situation where something didn’t go as planned. Your work helps ensure that travellers are treated fairly and that their rights are upheld in a way that is both efficient and smart.
