We are now looking for a
Norwegian-speaking Administrative Caseworker to join our Norwegian Operations team in
Berlin. In this role, you will work with cases from start to finish — supporting customers, assessing claims, and helping ensure high quality throughout the entire process.
Your mission
- Support travellers throughout the flight compensation process and help ensure their rights are upheld
- Review and assess flight compensation claims with accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with customers, airlines, and legal partners
- Organize and maintain case documentation within our internal systems
- Assist in preparing cases for the Norwegian legal process
- Contribute to improving internal workflows and operational processes
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across teams, departments, and locations
Your profile
- You are fluent in Norwegian and feel confident communicating professionally with customers in written English
- Additional Nordic languages such as Swedish, Danish or Finnish are a plus
- You enjoy helping people and creating a positive customer experience
- You work in a structured, reliable and detail-oriented way
- You take ownership of your tasks and follow them through to completion
- You are comfortable working with digital systems and administrative processes
- Experience in customer service, support, retail or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
- You are motivated to learn and grow within an innovative legal-tech company
