About the role | Student Assistant – AI Strategy
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and strengthen your analytical and problem‑solving skills by working closely with experienced colleagues from top‑tier management consultancies on strategic AI initiatives across the Tryg Group.
Tasks and responsibilities may include:
You will gain hands‑on experience with group‑wide strategic work within a high‑impact AI and technology strategy field, with early exposure to senior stakeholders and leadership‑facing decision material. The expected workload is approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods.
About you | A proactive, structured and analytical student
We are looking for curious and motivated students who enjoy working collaboratively and are eager to learn. You will be part of a small AI strategy team, closely anchored to the leadership of Tryg’s AI Hub, and we value students who are proactive, engaged, and comfortable taking initiative early on.
You combine strong academic capabilities with a collaborative mindset. You enjoy working in a structured and diligent manner, have a strong eye for detail, and feel comfortable working with analytical and strategic tasks. You take ownership of your work, are comfortable handling responsibility, and are open to continuous feedback and development. Experience from previous student roles, case competitions, or student organizations is valued, but not a requirement.
You are strong in PowerPoint and enjoy building clear, structured, and high‑quality presentations for senior stakeholders. Experience with Excel and AI‑based tools such as ChatGPT (or similar) is an advantage.
You are fluent in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, and have professional proficiency in English.
