This is a hands-on, influential role for a seasoned property professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery, and who thrives in a complex, multi-site environment.
You'll be responsible for the operational delivery of Arvida’s property strategy, ensuring our communities are safe, well-maintained, compliant and fit for the future. Reporting to our Head of Property & Assets, you’ll lead national property maintenance planning, support capital decision-making, and provide expert guidance to village and regional property teams.
