About the Role
This role delivers early intervention mental health support to children and young people at risk of, or showing early signs of, mental health challenges. Working from a trauma-informed and child-centred approach, you will provide brief interventions, build strong therapeutic relationships, and support young people to achieve positive wellbeing outcomes.
You will deliver professional casework to children, young people, and their families, including those with complex needs, while ensuring practice aligns with service standards and funding requirements. The role also involves facilitating group activities, linking clients with appropriate services, and working collaboratively with families, carers, and external stakeholders.
As part of a supportive team, you will participate in supervision and case reviews, while maintaining a strong commitment to safeguarding, ethical practice, and workplace safety.
