

At Webfleet, we're looking for a Learning & Development Intern in our Customer Success department at our office in Amsterdam focusing on soft skills development in our various customer facing roles.
Your Day-to-Day:
The Learning & Development Intern works with our Quality team and Learning & Development Community in FMS Europe driving our role-based development roadmap. The internship position would be coordinating blended learning delivery of onboarding and soft skills sessions related to our existing learning paths. The position would also allow for design and structure of soft skills development depending on the skillset and expertise of the candidate. The internship position works with the CS Quality team, instructional designer and Learning coordinators as well as our L&D Program Manager.
Manage and coordinate new hire training sessions, act as point of contact for various stakeholders involved in delivering training, deliver sessions yourself, organize feedback sessions and assessments for learners;
Liase with managers and trainers in the timely scheduling of training sessions;
Assist with the development and implementation of course content, as needed;
Apply knowledge of adult learning to develop and deliver experiential, high-impact training and learning solutions together with our stakeholders;
Document internal procedures and ways of working, and contribute to the creation of a monthly learning newsletter;
Serve as interface to streamline soft skill training content and delivery, scale to meet adult learning methodologies;
Creates an environment where all job responsibilities are in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization.
Who are we looking for?
Student at a Dutch university studying a bachelor's degree in Leadership, Learning and Development or Human Resources Management, or related field is a plus;
Background in training and organizational development including knowledge of adult learning principles (required);
Ability to identify training needs, develop training content and deliver training programs. (required);
Project management/organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail, people, systems and processes;
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships throughout the organization;
Data Driven decision making in learning intervention;
Experience with Learning Management Systems ;
Advanced level of English!
