Join us in the role of Project Manager, Burnham Military Camp to support the environments that enable NZDF personnel to focus on protecting and serving New Zealand communities.
Burnham Military Camp is the South Island’s largest Army base, located in the Selwyn District, and home to around 1,300 personnel including the 2nd/1st Battalion of the Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment, logistics and support units, the New Zealand Army Band, and the NZDF Health School.

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga • Providing expert project management and coordination services across the site. • Administering construction contracts including NZS 3910, NZS 3916 and NZS 3915 in accordance with contractual obligations. • Managing all project budgets, cost control, forecasting and financial reporting. • Ensuring project compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental management standards. • Coordinating engagement with design teams, consultants and specialist providers. • Maintaining project documentation, reporting and governance records in line with contract requirements. • Positively managing relationships with all NZDF stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
What We’re Looking For| Ā Mātou e Rapu Ana: • 5+ Years experience coordinating or delivering projects in property, construction, or infrastructure environments. • Experience supporting budgets, cost tracking, or financial management within projects. • Experience working with internal stakeholders and external consultants or contractors • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in project management, construction, property, or infrastructure delivery. • Absolute alignment with Citycare Property values. • The legal right to work in Aotearoa, ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and willingness to consent to a Criminal Record Check • Ability to meet the NZDF special security requirements.
