About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
The Senior Advisor, Strategic Commissioning contributes to the development and delivery of a future-focused vision and strategic direction for how ACC manages its treatment and rehabilitation commissioning. Operating within ACC’s enterprise strategy, system commissioning change agenda, and wider health sector reforms, this role provides high-quality, evidence-based strategic advice on complex and emerging commissioning issues. You will partner with leaders and teams across ACC to ensure alignment between enterprise strategy, system commissioning objectives, and business group priorities, translating strategic direction into practical insights that support effective decision-making and improved outcomes for Kiwis.
We’re seeking a dedicated Senior Advisor, Strategic Commissioning to join the Strategic Commissioning function. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality strategic analysis and advice, supporting senior leaders to make informed commissioning decisions and advancing ACC’s system commissioning priorities and enterprise strategy.
The appointing salary for this role is $101,287 – $129,885 (based on skills & experience) and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme with features like 0% employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance, and flexibility to change to a locked plan at any time.
