Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our members. Our Reception team are the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient transition to other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence, overdue accounts, member retention.
- Provide information about services and facilities to members and guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Previous administrative/reception experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using Google Workspace and standard office equipment, or able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
