Based at the Brisbane South (Nathan) campus, this is a continuing 0.6 FTE (60%) part‑time Medical Receptionist (known internally as Student Services Officer) position.
As the first point of contact, you will support students, clients, staff, and external agencies, working closely and in collaboration with teams across Health & Medical Services, Counselling & Wellbeing, Disability & Accessibility, Chaplaincy, and visiting health practitioners.

The clinic operates between 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
This part-time position has fixed working days, making it best suited to candidates with ongoing availability and those able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule. Due to the set workday requirements of the role, this position may not be suitable for those with changing availability due to study or other commitments.
The successful candidate will need to be available for varied rostered start times of 7.45am, 8am or 8.30am and available to work until 5pm.

It is essential you have demonstrated experience as a Medical Receptionist working in a clinical/medical environment.

Salary range
The full-time base salary is HEW Level 4, $76,126 - $80,321 + 17% superannuation. Actual salary will be 60% of this salary (this position is pro rata at 3 days per week).
