Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and other non-search channels.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve KPIs.
• Scale high-budget campaigns efficiently while maintaining ROI.
• Collaborate with Business, Creative, and Product teams to develop innovative growth strategies.
• Stay up to date with market trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies to maximize campaign success.
• 3+ years of experience in user acquisition or social campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid social platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Bonus: Experience with additional channels (Snapchat, Twitter, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.), creative testing methodologies, or automation tools.
