As the company continues to grow and expand our operations across Africa, we will be looking for an individual to fill the role of Key Account
Executive.
The individual must have a with a Law/Finance Degree or similar with a minimum of between 2-4 years of working experience.
We will require this individual to bring the following:

Liaise with our in-country partners and manage onboarding of new employees

Drafting and reviewing employment contracts as part of onboarding process

Completing and reviewing of onboarding documents on contractors
-
Assist in arranging for relevant benefits like insurance/life coverage for contractors

Deal with international client queries promptly
-
Deal with offboarding and coordinating labor queries and hearings
-
Assist in renewal of employment contracts and insurances of contractors periodically
-
Overseeing contracts between the company and In-country partners
-
Assist in collecting KYC
and onboarding documents on In- country partners
and keeping up to date documents on In- Country
partners.

Develop and maintain a deep
knowledge of the company business processes in support of the duties and responsibilities of the
position.

Responsible for collating and
recording tax remittances for employees

Assist in preparing, managing, and generating compliance reports monthly

Ensuring that timelines set for statutory compliance are met

Provide back up support to Line Manager
-
Any other administration tasks delegated within the Team

Requirements
Qualifications/Skills/Attitude

Bachelor Degree Holder in Law and/or
Management or Finance or equivalent

Ability to work under pressure to meet
deadlines.

Good oral and written communication
skills with fluency in English and French
