The 7-Eleven Customer Experience Centre (CXC) is a mid-sized operation comprising of two teams. The Customer Care Team supporting 7-Eleven and Starbucks consumers (operating 8am to 6pm 7 days per week) and the Store Support Team supporting Franchisees, Store Managers and Support Office in Australia (operating 24/7).
We are looking for some casual day customer service consultants on a part time basis, roughly between 10-20 hours per week. This would suit someone who is looking for a couple of shifts per week, weekend shifts days/nights and also public holidays (where public holiday rates will apply)! Must be immediately available.
The role
The primary role of the CXC Consultant is to receive inbound telephone calls and respond to emails in relation to support, maintenance and safety and other requirements at stores, as well as retail customers - and either resolve at first point of contact or escalate/manage as appropriate.
