About the Role:
These roles don’t come up often at 7-Eleven! We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Campaign Manager - 12 month contract to lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated campaign communications that inspire customers, change perceptions, grow product appeal and deliver sales results.
In this role, you’ll champion breakthrough creative and media experiences across the full marketing ecosystem. Working closely with internal teams and agency partners, you’ll bring big ideas to life in a way that connects deeply with audiences and moves key metrics like consideration, trial, repeat visitation, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, development, and execution of fully integrated marketing campaigns.
Drive a world-class creative process, writing sharp briefs, guiding agencies, incubating and protecting an idea from concept through to final delivery.
Oversee media planning and execution, ensuring placements are effective, data-driven, and aligned to audience and campaign objectives.
Set clear campaign objectives aligned to customer measures (such as awareness, consideration, perceptions) and commercial goals (such as traffic, sales, basket size).
Partner with insights and media teams to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, track results, and optimise performance in real time.
Report campaign outcomes to senior stakeholders with clarity and strategic insight.
Influence cross-functional teams such as Category, Loyalty and Retail Operations teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, cohesive, and commercially effective.
Galvanize creative, media and production agencies to deliver high-quality outputs on time and on budget.
Advocate for creative excellence and innovative media thinking that differentiates 7-Eleven in a highly competitive category.
Ensure all communications are audience-first, culturally relevant, and reflective of 7-Eleven’s brand values and tone of voice.
Identify opportunities to test new formats, channels, and storytelling approaches that elevate our approach.
What You Bring:
8+ years’ experience in marketing, brand, or integrated campaigns, ideally in Retail and FMCG environments.
Proven track record delivering high-impact campaigns that shift customer metrics and drive sales results.
Strong creative judgement and experience managing agencies across creative, media, and production.
Deep understanding of the modern media landscape across paid, owned, earned and retail environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
Ability to balance creativity with commercial pragmatism.
