The Facility Incharge - BISCAT (Facility & Housing) at ABIS is responsible for managing and overseeing all facility and housing operations within the camp. This role ensures that all facilities are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for all residents and staff. The Facility Incharge coordinates maintenance activities, manages housing allocations, and liaises with various service providers to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of camp facilities and housing units.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repair and upkeep of facilities.
- Supervise housing allocation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained throughout the facility and housing areas.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Prepare reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and housing status.
- Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to facilities or housing.
- Monitor inventory and procurement of facility-related supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in facility and housing management, preferably in camp or oil & gas environments.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, safety, and housing management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage resources effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to changing situations.
