THE JOB:As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership ensures smooth daily operations, a clean and welcoming environment, and a collaborative team culture. By setting high standards and supporting your team, you help create the memorable moments that guests will carry with them long after their stay.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Responsible for supervisory duties for team of environmental Services (EVS) employees. Assists with scheduling, coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees
Manages employee questions and guest concerns to ensure all department procedures, policies, and service standards are being adhered to during shift
Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas
Conduct daily inspections, briefings and team updates: meet with employees as needed for training, coaching, and facilitating required compliance training
Responsible for preparing end of shift report and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
2+ years of prior relevant experience within Environmental Services department
Prior leadership experience is preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 21 years of age or older
