Summary: We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition strategy and scale customer growth within our Auto portfolio. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and strategic marketer who brings deep expertise in performance marketing, a strong grasp of consumer intent, and a track record of driving growth at scale. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition across key channels, while also mentoring team members and influencing cross-functional initiatives. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering measurable business outcomes through performance, efficiency, and continuous optimization. Responsibilities: Own and lead the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate channels. Manage and optimize significant paid media budgets, including forecasting, pacing, and ROI accountability. Drive campaign execution and scaling across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms. Establish performance targets and continuously optimize against key metrics — CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPA. Lead advanced testing strategies (creative, audience, bidding, landing pages) to unlock incremental growth. Partner closely with creative, product, analytics, and engineering teams to improve conversion funnels and user experience. Oversee marketing automation, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives, including retargeting strategies. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and contribute to building best practices across the team. Stay ahead of industry trends in digital advertising, attribution, privacy changes, and marketing technologies — particularly within the automotive and consumer finance space. Requirements: 4–8 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles, with increasing levels of ownership. Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets and delivering measurable growth. Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance platforms. Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Data Studio, and Excel/Sheets. Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and multi-touch attribution models. Strong understanding of CRO principles and experience with landing page testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, etc.). Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and mentor team members. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup or digital-first company preferred). Experience in automotive, insurance, financing, or consumer marketplaces is considered an asset.
