About the Role
We are looking for a Product Growth Manager to drive growth and operations for our AI Agent Platform, serving users and customers in North America and Europe.
This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, GTM, content, and AI-enabled operations. You will be responsible for acquiring users, improving activation and conversion, building scalable growth programs, and turning user insights into actionable product and business outcomes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands B2B SaaS, is highly AI-fluent, and can execute fast in a global market environment.
Acquisition & Organic Growth
- Build scalable acquisition programs across channels such as SEO, content, communities, directories, partnerships, and AI-native discovery channels.
- Create and optimize high-quality, human-reviewed content to support product education, organic traffic, and conversion.
- Explore emerging growth opportunities such as GEO — Generative Engine Optimization — for AI search and answer engines.
Activation, Conversion & Lifecycle
- Improve onboarding, activation, feature adoption, and user retention.
- Develop lifecycle campaigns, in-product prompts, email flows, and educational content to move users through the funnel.
- Run experiments to improve signup, trial, conversion, and expansion metrics.
AI-Enabled Growth Operations
- Use AI tools to improve research, content production, workflow automation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Build repeatable growth operations processes that are efficient, measurable, and scalable.
- Ensure growth activities follow privacy-compliant and brand-safe practices.
