professional to become the central support hub of our business.
About the Role
This is a varied and influential role combining office management, general administrative support, HR coordination, and people operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, upporting smooth day‑to‑day operations while helping strengthen systems, processes, and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations, supplies, vendors, and internal communications
- Act as Office Manager and first point of contact for staff and visitors
- Support onboarding, offboarding, inductions, and employee record management
- Provide day‑to‑day people support and assist with HR processes
- Coordinate recruitment, performance reviews, and Employment Hero processes
- Liaise with Payroll/Finance, ACC, and Immigration New Zealand
- Coordinate health & safety stock, uniforms, and inventory
- Provide basic IT and systems support and liaise with external providers
- Support internal and external communications, social media, and team events
About You
- Previous experience in office administration, people operations, or HR coordination
- Experience using Employment Hero or a similar HR/payroll system
- Highly organised with strong communication and prioritisation skills
- Professional, discreet, and people‑focused
- Proactive and comfortable managing multiple
priorities
