The Manager, Operations Analytics is responsible for identifying operational breakdowns and enabling teams to make informed decisions that improve accuracy, reduce friction, and support sustainable growth. As an individual contributor, you will partner closely with Finance, Merchandising/Product, Data, Customer Service, and Operations to investigate complex business questions, uncover root causes, and centralize operations data for analytical use. The Manager, Operations Analytics is responsible for establishing, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on operations data governance and data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.
