WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are seeking a senior, hands-on Salesforce Developer to lead agentic AI implementations in a regulated federal environment. You bring strong engineering fundamentals, practical AI judgment, and the confidence to ship secure, production ‑ ready solutions-not experiments.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:Reporting to our Delivery Operations Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you will design, build, and refine autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, with a strong emphasis on reliability, grounding, and security. Working directly on IRS environments, you will lead rapid prototyping efforts, validate AI feasibility in real systems, and troubleshoot complex multi ‑ platform failures. Your work will directly influence both client outcomes and future Salesforce platform enhancements.
