Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Manual Test Engineer with Salesforce
knowledge to validate business-critical Salesforce applications and
integrations. This role focuses on end-to-end manual testing of Salesforce
functionalities, including Flows, Triggers, Apex jobs, and related platform
features, ensuring high-quality releases aligned with business and
organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Design
and execute manual test scenarios, test cases, and test data for
Salesforce features and enhancements.

Develop
and maintain test plans covering Salesforce-specific functionality,
including Flows, Triggers, Apex jobs, validation rules, approvals,
profiles, and permission sets.

Perform
functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing for
Salesforce releases.

Validate
end-to-end business processes across Salesforce modules and connected
systems.

Identify,
log, track, and retest defects; work closely with developers for root
cause validation and closure.

Collaborate
with product owners, business analysts, and developers to clarify
requirements and acceptance criteria.

Communicate
testing progress, risks, blockers, and resolutions clearly to project
stakeholders.

Participate
in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming,
retrospectives) and contribute to release readiness decisions.

Monitor
and report quality metrics such as defect leakage, test coverage,
pass/fail trends, and regression status.

Continuously
improve QA documentation, test processes, and knowledge sharing within the
team.

Stay
current with Salesforce platform updates and QA best practices.
Required Qualifications

6+
years of software QA experience, with hands-on manual testing in
Salesforce environments.

Strong
understanding of Salesforce platform components, including custom objects,
Flows, Triggers, and Apex job behavior from a testing perspective.

Experience
in writing clear test cases, executing regression suites, and managing
defects in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Good
understanding of Salesforce release cycles and sandbox testing practices.

Ability
to read and interpret business requirements and translate them into test
conditions.

Strong
communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Experience
working in Agile teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce
certifications (for example, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.

Exposure
to Salesforce test automation tools or frameworks (for example, Selenium,
Provar, Copado Robotic Testing) is a plus.

API
testing experience (Postman or equivalent) and basic SQL/SOQL knowledge.

Experience
with CI/CD-driven release processes in Salesforce ecosystems.
