About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga
By joining our nationwide Farm Source store team, you’re joining a group of agricultural experts and setting yourself up for an outstanding career. 
We've got an opening for a full time opportunity! As the newest addition to our local Edgecumbe store, you’ll provide sound farming product advice to our loyal customers. Getting stuck into everything from merchandising to customer service & on farm deliveries, you’ll never be bored in this fast-paced role! As you ease into your role, you will receive unwavering support from our fantastic managers and the entire team at Edgecumbe. 
This is an exciting opportunity to hone your agricultural expertise and open the door to multiple career pathways throughout the wider business, there couldn’t be a better place to start!
This is a permanent full time. You will see yourself working Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm and rostered Saturdays.                 About You | Mōu
You’ll be a self-motivated, adaptable team member with excellent customer service and communication skills. You’ll have a high level of physical fitness; we are looking for someone who is hands on and able to sustain repetitive manual handling such as lifting our 25kg bags of product on a daily basis. 
Ideally, you’ll have some prior customer service/sales experience and a connection to the agricultural industry. That said, we’re equally open to those looking to make a move straight off farm or who are current customer experts keen to learn all about the ag/dairy industry.
Sound like you, other key things we’re on the lookout for includes:

• Rural experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
• Clean, valid full driver licence required. Confidence reversing a ute and trailer is helpful — training provided!A good level of physical fitness, as heavy lifting is required – you’ll have no trouble getting your daily steps in!
