We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Client Solutions Manager to help scale our growing Commerce business in the Nordics. Based in Copenhagen, you will be a key member of the Commerce Team, working with sales, product, and other business partners to analyze and improve commerce advertisers’ performance on TikTok. This is an opportunity to build and manage global client relationships, become an expert in media planning, strategy, and measurement, and translate unique data into high-quality, actionable insights. By doing so, you will drive adoption of TikTok’s commerce solutions, exceed client expectations, and unlock new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Campaign Management: Lead full-funnel media strategy, planning, and campaign execution with a strong emphasis on lower-funnel commerce and direct-response objectives to meet measurable business goals.
2. Client Partnership: Manage and grow post-sale advertiser relationships through consultative business reviews. Act as a trusted advisor on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals.
3. Platform Adoption & Education: Drive the adoption of TikTok’s commerce solutions and auction platform. Educate clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders on new products, best practices, and innovative marketing solutions to grow existing business partnerships.
4. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and optimize campaign performance. Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation, providing actionable recommendations and platform feedback to product and engineering teams.
5. Advanced Measurement: Define and oversee measurement strategies, including advanced solutions like Conversion Lift Studies, and guide clients on tracking, attribution, and data architecture.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support pre-sale efforts with research, pitch development, and media recommendations. Manage internal account operations, troubleshoot issues, and actively contribute to overall regional team goals.
7. Executive Communication: Present insights, performance results, and complex analyses in a clear, consultative, and easy-to-digest manner to C-suite level stakeholders.
