The opportunity
We don't need someone to manage an agency. We need someone who can outperform one.
This role owns all performance paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, Display, and Email hands-on, cross-channel, with full accountability for ROAS and revenue. You'll set the strategy, execute the campaigns, guide the creative team, and make sure every peso and dollar is working as hard as it can.

Requirements
Skills: Strong cross-channel expertise. Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, and revenue attribution. Ability to brief and direct a creative team. Analytical and structured — decisions from data, not gut.
Nice to have: Display Advertising and DSP. Attribution tools like Triple Whale. Experience building playbooks or training team members.
