Tātaki Auckland Unlimited is Auckland Council’s economic and cultural agency, working to grow Tāmaki Makaurau as a vibrant, globally connected city. It brings together destination marketing, major events, arts, culture, and economic development to attract investment, support local businesses, and create opportunities for communities to thrive.
As a (Mobile) Patrol Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping some of Auckland’s most recognisable venues safe, welcoming, and well managed. You will help protect people, assets, and facilities while delivering a consistently high standard of customer service to visitors, event staff, and stakeholders.
Your work will span a diverse portfolio of venues, including Go Media Stadium, North Harbour Stadium, Western Springs Stadium, and Auckland Zoo.
You’ll be rostered to a specified area or team and supported each shift by our Communications Centre. Our security approach focuses on preparedness, readiness, and the ongoing development of our people.

If you hold a Certificate of Approval (COA) and/or an NZQA National Certificate in Security (Level 3) this is fantastic, however all we require from you is to be willing and able to obtain them if appointed.
The cost for this will be re- imbursed to you when hired.

The salary for this role starts at $60,216k and once your log book is completed it will rise to $62,492.38
