He angitūtanga: The opportunity
You will be joining our team at Howick and Pakuranga Leisure Centre whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.
Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!
It is a 11-hour permanent part-time role working:
Monday (3:30 pm to 6:30 pm)
Wednesday (3:30 pm to 6:30 pm)
Saturday (12:30 pm to 6 pm)
Our centre operates 7 days a week from 7.30am - 6.30pm, flexibility will be key for the successful applicant as more shifts may become available.

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs.
You’re outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.

Starting rate: Living Wage $28.95/h Our employer Kiwisaver contribution is additional to base salary offered.
