About the Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with a global team, this role plays a key part in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to attract, assess and secure high-quality talent across North America and international markets.
Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will contribute to building strong talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting broader employer branding initiatives to position Codan as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practice. You bring the ability to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles, while partnering effectively with stakeholders to deliver strong hiring outcomes aligned to business needs.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you are confident influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels. You are highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You bring strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a solutions-focused mindset. Experience with HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, will be highly regarded.
DTC- Codan supports flexible working arrangements; however, due to the collaborative and high-touch nature of this role, it will be predominantly site-based at our Whiteley facility, with occasional flexibility to work from home as agreed.
