Purpose of the Job – Overview
Job Title: Business Development Executive - Recruitment
Location: Onsite, Garden Town , LHR
Timings:
• Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM BST
Job Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and enhance company growth.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new markets and opportunities within the recruitment industry.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized recruitment service proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
Networking: Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote the company's services.
Strategic Planning: Develop strategic business plans to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients to secure partnerships.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Lead Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and manage leads through various stages of the sales cycle.
Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, create detailed business reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Client Consultation: Advise clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and best practices to align with their business goals.
CRM Management: Update and manage client information in CRM systems to maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance client acquisition strategies and campaigns.
Feedback Implementation: Gather and incorporate client feedback to improve services and adapt to changing recruitment market trends.
