We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Operations Executive to take full end-to-end ownership of our Financial Services sales engine. This is a senior executive role for a proven operator who has successfully built, scaled, and optimised structured, high-performance sales environments within regulated industries.
This is not a regular leadership roll, it includes a systems and performance ownership mandate. You will design and embed the operating frameworks that drive consistent, predictable, and repeatable revenue delivery across multiple campaigns in a high-volume contact centre environment.
You will be accountable for operational integrity, commercial output, compliance governance, and scalable execution across a multi-layered leadership structure.
Core Accountability
- Full accountability for revenue delivery across all Financial Services campaigns
- Design and embed structured operating frameworks that ensure consistent, repeatable commercial performance at scale
- Own the end-to-end sales operating model across multiple outbound campaigns, ensuring disciplined execution against targets
- Establish and enforce performance rhythms across recruitment, onboarding, training, QA, dialler strategy, workforce planning, and conversion optimisation
- Lead strict compliance governance and regulatory adherence as a non-negotiable foundation of operational execution and sustainable growth
- Ensure all campaigns operate within defined regulatory frameworks, risk standards, and audit requirements
- Drive performance through deep analytical insight, including conversion rates, revenue per agent, productivity, QA outcomes, and retention metrics
- Translate data into decisive operational interventions and continuous performance improvement
- Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement across people, process, systems, and technology
- Oversee campaign launches, stabilisation, and scale phases with operational precision
- Build and enforce leadership accountability across all management layers
- Engage internal and external stakeholders with strong commercial credibility and operational authority
Requirements
What You Bring
- 8–10+ years’ senior leadership experience in Financial Services, BPO, contact centre, or high-volume regulated sales environments
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling structured sales operating systems with direct revenue accountability
- Strong capability in designing frameworks that drive consistency, productivity, and commercial predictability
- Deep expertise in regulated environments, compliance frameworks, and governance-driven sales execution
- Advanced analytical capability with a strong ability to interpret performance data and drive operational action
- Proven experience leading large, multi-layered teams with strict performance accountability
- Strong operational discipline with the ability to execute strategy at pace and scale
- Experience in insurance, lending, or similar financial products is highly advantageous
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Business, Operations, Finance, or Management (advantageous)
- FAIS accreditation (required)
- Experience as a Key Individual (preferred)
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, COPC, or operational excellence methodologies advantageous
