We’re looking for a detail-driven QA Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in upholding ethical sales practices within a fast-paced BPO environment.
In this role, you won’t just audit calls, you’ll uncover risks, influence behaviour, and help drive a strong compliance culture across the business.
What you'll own :
- Monitor and audit sales calls to ensure compliance with scripts, policies, and regulations
- Identify and escalate mis-selling, misrepresentation, and non-compliant activity
- Track agent performance through compliance scorecards and trend analysis
- Produce weekly and monthly reports highlighting risks and key insights
- Analyse data to recommend corrective actions and process improvements
- Support fraud investigations and partner with Risk teams on emerging threats
- Collaborate with Training and Operations to embed compliance best practices
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience as a quality assessor within a call centre environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with QA tools, call monitoring systems, and CRM platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and risks
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- Clear criminal record
