Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in optimizing financial operations and strengthening customer relationships? As a C2C Logistics Analyst, you will own the end-to-end management of logistics deductions, ensuring financial accuracy and operational excellence for our North American business. You will act as the technical bridge between logistics teams and commercial partners, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business value and protect the bottom line.
Strategic Deduction Management: Monitor and review logistics deductions, including shortages and vendor compliance, while coordinating with Commercial and Customer Alliance teams to resolve open items and clear credit notes.
Performance Optimization: Lead the month-end process by measuring performance against key metrics (KPIs), preparing strategic commentary, and facilitating closing meetings to minimize bad debt reserve impacts.
Customer & Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and local teams to resolve past-due balances and escalate complex credit situations to ensure seamless revenue flow.
Process Innovation: Identify root causes of logistics discrepancies and recommend new strategies for the Reverse Logistics process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Alliance, Logistics, and Finance teams to document workflows, manage customer portals, and ensure a unified approach to dispute resolution.
Analytical Oversight: Perform detailed logistics analysis using financial documentation and third-party data to support credit limit approvals and payment term change requests.
Education: Currently enrolled in the final semester (graduating no later than December 2026) of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Logistics, Administrative Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
Experience: Previous internship or 1+ years of professional experience in finance or administrative roles is preferred.
Communication: Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Professional-level skills in the Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel) and experience navigating financial data and ERP systems.
Domain Expertise: Previous experience specifically within Credit to Cash (C2C) processes or reverse logistics.
Systems Knowledge: Experience navigating customer financial portals and managing digital dispute packages.
Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear, strategic narratives for business teams.
