$50,000 to start, plus YMCA Membership
3 weeks paid vacation
Employer paid LTD, Group Life, AD&D, Health and Dental after 3 month probation

Full-Time 40 hours/week - annual renewal based on contractual funding
Once training period has ended, this position has the option to offer a flexible schedule including working both from office/home and condensed work week schedule.

NATURE & SCOPE
The Employment Coach is a member of the Employment and Immigrant Services team and will work collaboratively with team members, clients and external partners to meet the established targets of their specific assigned program.
