As Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will build and scale Dstny internal recruitment capability across Europe, enabling faster and higher-quality hiring.
You will play a key role in helping our business grow by attracting top talent across multiple countries, with a particular focus on technology, product, and delivery roles. This is an opportunity to shape how recruitment is done at Dstny and to build a modern, scalable hiring approach across the business.
Own full-cycle recruitment globally
Manage a diverse portfolio of roles across multiple European countries
Partner closely with hiring managers from intake meeting through to offer stage
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Build proactive talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles, particularly across technology, product, engineering, and delivery functions
Develop and maintain strong talent pools
Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and key talent communities
Define and implement a structured, scalable, and high-quality recruitment process
Standardize interview stages, assessment criteria, job descriptions, and hiring SLAs
Continuously improve recruitment effectiveness, speed, and quality of hire
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders across Europe
Act as a trusted advisor
Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective hiring decisions
Support positioning of Dstny as an employer of choice, especially in Portugal and across our growing European locations
Support local hiring campaigns, events, and LinkedIn visibility when needed
Help build a compelling candidate value proposition for key talent segments
Track, analyze, and report key recruitment KPIs
Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve recruitment performance
Ensure strong governance, reporting accuracy, and process compliance
5–8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in an in-house or scale-up environment
Strong experience recruiting for technology, product, engineering, or digital roles
Excellent sourcing capability using different proactive methods
Experience hiring across multiple European countries and working in an international environment
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-scaling and changing business
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruitment metrics to drive decisions
Fluent in English
