- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

- Implementing service delivery standards across the assigned area.
- Conducting SQ surprise visits in assigned branches.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address service elements and improve service delivery.
- Continuously identifying improvement areas in customer journeys.
