Job Summary**
As a Sales Consultant, ASB at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for driving sales of Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) products to new and existing customers, contributing to the bank's sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
Job Responsibilities**
* Proactively identify and engage potential customers for ASB product offerings through various channels, including in-branch interactions, outreach activities, and tele-sales.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for customers to recommend suitable ASB investment plans.
* Provide clear and comprehensive explanations of ASB product features, benefits, risks, and terms and conditions to customers.
* Guide customers through the ASB application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
* Achieve individual sales targets for ASB products, contributing to the overall team and branch performance.
* Stay updated on ASB product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
* Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to ASB sales.
* Participate in sales campaigns, product launches, and other promotional activities as required.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity logs to management.
Job Qualifications**
* Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven track record in sales, preferably within the financial services industry, with experience in unit trust or investment products being an advantage.
* Strong understanding of ASB products and their benefits.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
* Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in other local dialects is an added advantage.
* Possess relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIMM certifications) would be an advantage.
* Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
