Job Summary**
As a Sales Consultant, ASB at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) products to new and existing customers, contributing to the bank's sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
Job Responsibilities**
* Proactively identify and engage potential customers for ASB products through various channels, including branch walk-ins, tele-sales, and community outreach.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable ASB investment plans.
* Explain the features, benefits, and risks of ASB products clearly and comprehensively to customers.
* Process ASB applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent after-sales service and addressing inquiries.
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for ASB products.
* Participate in sales campaigns, product launches, and other promotional activities.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge related to ASB and other investment products.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
* Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines set forth by RHB Bank Berhad and relevant authorities.
Job Qualifications**
* Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven sales experience, preferably within the financial services industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
* Good understanding of investment products, particularly ASB, and financial market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport effectively.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Possess a valid driving license and own transportation (where required for outreach activities).
* Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to communicate in other local dialects would be an added advantage.
* Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., PCE, CEILI) are an advantage.
