Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Duct VDC Designer to join our Calgary, Edmonton (Leduc), or Vancouver Design team. This role focuses on modeling, coordinating, and developing ductwork and mechanical systems into fully fabricable, installable virtual models using Revit. You will work closely with engineering, construction, and VDC leadership to ensure systems are efficient, coordinated, code-compliant, and cost-effective.

As a Senior Duct VDC Designer, your work directly supports constructability, prefabrication, cost control, and installation efficiency—helping Modern Niagara deliver high-quality mechanical systems that meet both project and client expectations.
Key Impact / Purpose
The VDC Designer is responsible for advancing consultant designs into coordinated, optimized, and install-ready models. By improving routing, resolving clashes early, and supporting prefabrication strategies, this role contributes to safer installations, reduced rework, and overall project success.

This is a replacement position. Expected annual compensation; $85,000 - $100,000.
