Senior AI Engineer
Eligibility
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's preferably Master's in Computer Sciences from an HEC recognized institute / university.
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Designing LLMs, RAG architectures, GenAI systems, and workflows
- Integrating AI with enterprise platforms via APIs and middleware
- Working with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
- Managing LLMOps, backend design, deployment, and AI safety
Experience
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in software engineering or architecture roles, with at least 3 to 5 years in AI/ML/GenAI system design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the design and architecture of enterprise AI solutions and platforms
- Building and orchestrating multi-agent AI workflows for complex banking use cases
- Integrating AI systems with bank infrastructure via secure APIs and middleware
- Defining RAG pipelines, optimizing knowledge retrieval, and guiding AI deployments
