• Support fraud investigation and case administration processes
• Prepare evidence files, reports, and legal supporting documents
• Assist in handling police reports, legal notices, and case follow-up
• Monitor suspicious transactions, payment anomalies, and operational discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding fraud cases
• Conduct occasional field visits for verification and investigation support
• Ensure secure and accurate evidence documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, Business Administration, Accounting, Agribusiness, or related fields
• 1–3 years experience in fraud admin, compliance, legal support, risk operations, or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiar with fraud indicators and case documentation processes
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willing to travel occasionally to operational areas
