The Role: Your opportunity to make an impact

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Agentic Automation Developer to join our Data & AI Organization. You will be the technical cornerstone of our automation initiatives, with a primary focus on architecting, developing, and governing solutions within the Agentic Suite of products, Microsoft Power Automate and/or UiPath platform suite.

This is not just a developer role; you are technology hands-on leader, and a mentor. You will be instrumental in designing scalable, secure, and robust automation solutions that solve real-world business problems. While your expertise will be rooted in Agentic Automation Products, and/or Power Automate (Cloud, Desktop, and Administration), your versatility and experience with other leading platforms like UiPath, N8N will be key to shaping our multi-platform automation strategy.

The Role: Your opportunity to build the future

We are seeking a visionary and highly technical Agentic Automation Developer to join our Data & AI Organization. You will be the technical solution developer of our agentic automation initiatives, responsible for designing, building, and governing autonomous AI agents that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and a suite of digital tools.

This is more than a development role; you are a pioneer in a rapidly emerging field. You will design and orchestrate multi-tool AI agents capable of handling dynamic, goal-oriented work. While your expertise will be rooted in modern AI development with Python and agentic frameworks, your ability to integrate these agents with our existing enterprise platforms like Power Automate and UiPath will be critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for agentic automation where autonomous agents can manage complex, goal-driven objectives.
• Translate high-level business goals into agentic workflows, defining agent objectives, toolsets, and success metrics.

Agent Design & Development:

• Lead the design and development of sophisticated, autonomous AI agents using agentic frameworks and LLMs.
• Develop end-to-end agentic solutions, equipping agents with tools to interact with enterprise applications via APIs, UI automation, and other integrations using products eg., n8n.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable agent skills, tools, and prompt templates to accelerate future development and enhance agent capabilities.

Platform & Tool Governance:

• Establish governance for the agentic automation ecosystem, including LLM usage, prompt management, vector databases, and ensuring responsible AI principles.
• Contribute to the administration of our existing automation platforms, such as Power Automate and UiPath, ensuring they can be leveraged as tools by AI agents.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Agentic AI solutions, LLMs, and prompt engineering, providing guidance to the wider organization.
• Champion best practices in agentic design, including robust planning, reasoning, error handling, and security.
• Conduct workshops and code reviews to uplift the technical capabilities of the automation community at Tele2.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Haves):

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software consulting, development and/or automation, with a portfolio in AI/ML or agentic systems.
• Good-level proficiency in Power Automate and/or UiPath with hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and Claude Code.
• Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience integrating with them via APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI).
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of API-based integration (REST/SOAP) and data formats like JSON.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex business goals into logical, agent-executable plans.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

• Microsoft Certifications, particularly in Azure AI or Power Platform (e.g., PL-500).
• Familiarity with Azure AI services, including Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with MLOps, deploying AI models and systems into production environments.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
