Responsibilities:
You will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks. The role requires a strong foundation in Compensation & Benefits, combined with exposure to performance management practices. You will play a key role in ensuring competitive, data-driven reward structures while supporting the development of a high-performance culture across the organization.
- Support the development and periodic review of compensation structures, salary bands, and grading frameworks.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of incentive schemes and variable pay programs.
- Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, promotions, and bonus processes.
- Develop and maintain compensation models to support budgeting, workforce planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Perform detailed analysis of compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Support scenario modelling for compensation reviews, hiring decisions, and organizational changes.
- Support the implementation and management of performance management cycles (goal setting, performance reviews, calibration).
- Assist in aligning performance frameworks with business objectives and organizational priorities.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards
- Initial exposure to performance management frameworks
- Strong experience in compensation modelling and analytics
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking, and reward frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong capability in financial and compensation modelling.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent).
