KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Typical related responsibilities may include:
- Managing the company’s diverse real estate initiatives
- Contribution in defining strategy in an effort to maximize top line revenues and to ensure appropriate cost control measures are achieved
- With the Asset Manager, define and execute the 5Y business plan strategy for each shopping centres in his/her portfolio
- Monitor and analyse all operational KPIs
- Prepare operational updates for quarterly board meetings
- Supporting appraisal evaluations
- Participation in property tours with teams and third-party service providers
- Support in preparation of financial analysis for lease recommendations
- Assistance during acquisition and disposals of properties, including due diligence
- Research and analysis of industry trends, competitors, tenants, etc.
- Support to the Asset Manager
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- At least 1-2 years experience in the same position
- Proficiency in English is a must as presentations / documents are prepared for the HQ
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft© Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with financial concepts and modeling
- Familiarity with accounting principles and legal frameworks
- Understanding of real estate / retail markets
- Analytical skills and ability to create and run detailed financial analysis
- Ability to operate across business functionalities if and when required
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good inter-personal skills

- Ability and desire to work in a team environment and to treat others with respect
